The CV Refresh was born out of a simple conviction after we became disillusioned with how processes were changing in our previous jobs. With the advent of AI and LLMs, our previous company chose to introduce AI as a writing "tool" for our writers and doubled our daily workload, without informing clients that their documents were no longer being written by humans with experience. We believe that when someone trusts you with their career, they deserve a real human being working on it.

Our team are from the professional CV and careers writing industry, where we spent years helping clients across Ireland, the UK, and beyond land interviews, change careers, and take the next step in their professional lives. We are good at it and we care about it. 

What we do differently

Every document that leaves The CV Refresh is written by a real person. None of the documents we provide are AI-generated, nor are they assembled from a library of pre-written phrases.
