What's included in each package?
Our CV Refresh package includes a full CV rewrite and restructure, ATS keyword optimisation, and 3 rounds of revisions. Our CV + Cover Letter package includes everything in the CV package plus a professionally written cover letter, either tailored to a specific role or crafted as a versatile general cover letter. Our Full Profile package includes everything in both previous packages plus a fully rewritten LinkedIn headline, summary, and skills section, keyword optimisation for LinkedIn search visibility, and advice on your profile photo and banner.
How does the process work?
It's four simple steps. You choose your package and complete your purchase. You'll then receive an email with a link to our short intake form where you upload your existing documents and tell us about your goals. We get to work on your refreshed documents and deliver them within your chosen turnaround time. You review them and request any changes within your included revision rounds.
Do you use AI to write my documents?
Never. Every document produced by The CV Refresh is written by a real, experienced human writer. We founded this business specifically because we believed clients deserve to know exactly who and what is working on their career documents.

Practical Questions
How do I send you my information?
After purchase you'll receive an email with a link to our secure intake form. From there you can upload your existing CV and cover letter, provide your LinkedIn profile URL, paste in any job postings you're targeting, and add any additional context you'd like us to know.
What if I don't have an existing CV?
No problem. Let us know in the intake form and we will email you a questionnaire you can fill out to provide us with key information.
What format will my documents be delivered in?
All documents are delivered as fully editable Microsoft Word documents (.docx) so you can make any minor tweaks yourself going forward. Your LinkedIn content will be delivered as a clear written document with each section laid out and ready for you to copy and paste directly into your profile. We can also provide PDFs on request.
What if I need my CV for a specific job?
That's what we're here for. Simply paste the job posting into the relevant field on your intake form and we'll tailor your CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn keywords specifically to that role. If you're in a hurry, our 24-hour Rush option is ideal.
Turnaround & Delivery
How long does it take?
We offer two turnaround options. Our Standard option guarantees delivery within 3 business days of receiving your completed intake form. Our Rush option guarantees delivery within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form.
What does the 24-hour Rush option mean exactly?
Once we receive your completed intake form, we guarantee your documents will be delivered within 24 hours. We'd recommend completing your intake form as soon as possible after purchase to make the most of your Rush turnaround.
What happens if my documents aren't delivered on time?
We take our turnaround guarantees seriously. In the highly unlikely event that we miss your delivery window, we'll be in touch proactively to let you know and will make it right.
Revisions & Satisfaction
How many revisions do I get?
Every package includes 3 rounds of revisions, which must be requested within 14 days of your first delivery. A revision round is your opportunity to give us feedback and request changes and we'll turn those around promptly.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is any set of changes or feedback you send us in a single message or email following delivery. We'd encourage you to compile all your feedback together in one go to make the most of each revision round.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If after your 3 revision rounds you're still not happy, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right. We're a small team that genuinely cares about the results we deliver for our clients.
Payment & Security
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is fully PCI compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to keep your details safe.
Do you offer refunds?
If you change your mind before submitting your intake form, we'll issue a full refund no questions asked. Once your intake form has been submitted and work has begun, we're unable to offer a refund as your writer will have already dedicated time to your documents. If you have any concerns at any point, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.
Do I need to give you my LinkedIn password or account access?
Absolutely not and we'd never ask you to. Your LinkedIn content will be delivered as a clearly laid out written document. Each section will be ready for you to simply copy and paste directly into your own LinkedIn profile at your convenience. Your account access always stays with you.
How do I update my LinkedIn profile with the content you provide?
We'll deliver your LinkedIn content in a simple, clearly labelled document showing exactly what goes where. You just log into your own LinkedIn account and paste each section in.
